Quality Assurance

DY Hose Fitting goes many steps further than just policy. Our quality system is designed to prevent defects in our manufacturing process before they happen. We use X-bar and R charts and SPC to ensure that each part we produce is within strict tolerances.

Then our Quality Assurance Department gauges and tests the parts both before and after they are plated. This ensures uniformity in the plating process. Finally, our shipping department carefully packages your order so that the threads will not be damaged in transit.

After all this if a problem should arise, our Quality Manager will solve it quickly, even if that means flying out to you or your customer. We won't just tell you to ship the parts back and try another batch we'll put in place a process to prevent the problem in the future.
